Practical Aspects of Internship:
1. Psychometric tests with Organizational commitment, Job satisfaction, leadership styles, identifying organizations vision mission values will be covered.
2. Students will be creating a dummy organization as a setup plan and bring all those theories into action.
3. There will be case studies as well along to bring your knowledge to devise the situation and bring solutions when it comes to handling corporate world issues
4. There will be tasks involved with each topic to give students a real insight of doing it practically as well as 100% engagement
5. To understand the applications students will be divided into team, real life examples are discussed and team will have to find out the solutions.

✨Hours of Internship: 60/ 120/ 150/ 240 hours (if required by College/ University/ Institute)
